The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for cooking at home: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, plates, cutlery, and cookware. A bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, a smart TV with box, and a hairdryer are also available to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

Step out onto the private balcony and take in a peaceful lateral sea view, an ideal spot for morning coffee or a relaxing evening. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, a great place to unwind after exploring the island.

A private parking space in the building's garage is included. The apartment has an elevator and is surrounded by several nearby bus stops, making it easy to get around without a car. We also provide a baby cot and high chair for families traveling with young children upon request.

Check-in is available from 16h00 until 05h00 the next morning. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.

We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
