Offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city and its lush surroundings, this inviting retreat is perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in Madeira’s beauty while enjoying the comforts of a well-appointed home.
Accommodating up to six guests, the apartment features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Two have queen-size beds, ideal for couples or solo travelers, while the third offers two single beds for friends or family. With two bathrooms equipped with showers, one with a bathtub, and an additional toilet, guest convenience is ensured.
The open-concept living area invites relaxation, featuring a smart TV for entertainment. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and all necessary cookware. A baby cot and chair are available for families with little ones.
For a seamless stay, the apartment includes a washing machine and dryer. Private parking for two cars allows you to explore at your own pace, a car is recommended to fully experience Madeira.
Check-in is flexible from 16:00 to 05:00. Bed linen and towels are provided. Smoking is prohibited indoors. As is common in Madeira, small insects like ants or cockroaches may occasionally appear despite regular maintenance.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
