A charming place, designed for rejuvenating stays, where everyone can create precious memories. Welcome to the "Chez mon Voisin" gîte.

In the heart of the Burgundy countryside, in the charming village of Fulvy, in the Tonnerrois region, the "Chez mon Voisin" gîte invites you to a peaceful and convivial getaway. Ideal for gatherings with family or friends, this spacious gîte can accommodate up to 12 people.

Florence and Hervé welcome you to this fully restored former farmhouse, where the original character has been carefully preserved while offering modern comforts. With 250 m² of living space, the house impresses with its generous proportions, abundant natural light, and meticulous finishes.

On the ground floor, you will find a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, microwave, kettle). There is also a bright and airy living room with exposed stone walls, perfect for sharing special moments. A games room with a foosball table and a few board games is available in an adjoining room. Laundry facilities are also available. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms: one double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, another double bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, and two larger bedrooms each with a 140x200 cm double bed and two 90x190 cm single beds. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is located on the same level.

Baby equipment is available: a cot, high chair, changing table, and baby bath.

Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant and well-appointed setting thanks to the covered terrace and enclosed garden. A barbecue is provided. For your relaxation, there is a private heated swimming pool, open from May 1st to October 15th (weather permitting), and secured with a protective cover.

For your comfort, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, oil-fired central heating, and electricity are included.

Parking is available in the enclosed courtyard.
