Seven bedrooms (three bedrooms with two single beds each, three bedrooms with one double bed each, and one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed). Each bedroom has a TV. There is one bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM) with a shower and toilet, two identical bathrooms with walk-in showers, and two separate toilets. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available. Upstairs: two dormitories with five single beds each, one bathroom, and one separate toilet. Two travel cots, one high chair, one baby bath, and one booster seat are available.

Outside: a large front courtyard with parking. Children's play area (slide, swing). Petanque court (boules provided). Ping-pong table. At the rear, a large covered terrace with a beautiful open view, garden furniture, and a fire pit. The property is partially fenced (front only).

The Sources of the Seine and the famous sites of the Auxois region: Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, the Alésia Museum Park, the Château de Bussy-Rabutin, and the Fontenay Abbey, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy: museums, the Owl Trail, covered markets, the City of Gastronomy, Michelin-starred restaurants... A bus to Dijon stops in the village.
