A bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. A separate toilet. A pantry with a washing machine. Upstairs, all parquet flooring: a bedroom with three single beds, two of which can be joined together, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a children's playroom with an extra bed, a bathroom with a large shower, and a second toilet. A folding bed and high chair are also available. Parking, a terrace, and a private 800 m² garden are also available.

Nearby: the Seine and Suzon valleys with their game-rich forests, crossed by marked hiking trails, accessible by mountain bike. The Prenois racetrack.
