Description of the accommodation

A few steps from the pedestrian street and all its shops, this 32 m² apartment, ideal for 1 or 2 people, will seduce you with its location and decoration. On the ground floor, it includes: an entrance/living room. Upstairs: a fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 bed and a TV, a shower room with WC. Kitchen equipment: gas cooker with oven, hood, microwave, coffee maker, ... Leisure equipment: flat screen TV, WIFI Public nearby (place de la Mairie). Equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. TO PAY upon your arrival a security deposit of 400 € and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Cleaning: €70. The rental is granted for a stay which begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 [hidden] and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 [hidden] at the latest.
