Located in a quiet and residential area, recent south-facing house, functional and in excellent condition. It includes on the ground floor: living room opening onto courtyard, with kitchen area, 1 bedroom, WC, bathroom. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. Landscaped courtyard not overlooked. Garage and parking space. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, microwave, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, pod coffee maker, toaster, etc. Beds: 2 beds of 140 and 2 beds of 90. Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture, barbecue. Area: 70 m². NEARBY: a large supermarket, 1,000 m from the sea, and the city center. Bus station 1 km away and SNCF train station 6 km away, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 minutes away. TO BE PAID upon arrival a security deposit of €500 and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Cleaning: €100.
