Located in a quiet, residential area, this recently built, south-facing house is functional and in excellent condition. The ground floor comprises a living room opening onto a courtyard with a kitchen area, one bedroom, a toilet, and a shower room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The courtyard is private and secluded. A private parking space is included. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and pod coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements consist of two double beds (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm). Amenities include a TV, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The house measures 70 m². Nearby amenities include a supermarket, and the sea and town center are 1 km away. The bus station is 1 km away, the train station is 6 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive. Payments due upon arrival include a €500 security deposit, a €100 cleaning deposit, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €100. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
