Vast town house of 140 m², as close as possible to the town center and the large beach as well as the South beach, will delight holiday lovers in Fouras.
This is made up on the ground floor: of a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, shower room and WC. Upstairs: three bedrooms, bathroom and WC. Walled garden. Sleeping equipment: 3 beds of 140 and 2 beds of 90. Leisure equipment: flat screen TV, garden furniture, deck chairs,... Other equipment: Dishwasher, washing machine, American fridge,.... Animals not accepted. No smoking inside the rental. NEAR :
Located 50 m from the city center and all shops, 300 m from the main beach and the South beach. Thermal establishment of Rochefort 15 min. TO PAY upon your arrival a security deposit of 600 € and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Cleaning: €150.
