Description of the accommodation

For family holidays, town house with an area of 90 m² and fitted out for 5 people, close to the beaches and the town centre. On the raised ground floor, entrance, living room, closed kitchen, WC. Upstairs: landing, 3 bedrooms, shower room. Large basement with garage, pantry, lingerie (washing machine)... Kitchen layout: vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, extractor, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster... Comfort items: flat screen TV. ... Leisure equipment: Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Bedding: 1X140, 3X90 + cot. Courtyard with vehicle access on the street side, garden at the back of the house. Area: 90 m². Located 450m from the south beach and the city center, 600m from the Grande Plage and the North Beach. TO PAY upon your arrival a security deposit of 600 € and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Cleaning: €150. Pet €30 per stay + a security deposit of €100. The rental is granted for a stay which begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 [hidden] and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 [hidden] at the latest.
