Located in a small, very quiet residence, this lovely ground-floor apartment is in excellent condition and furnished for two people. It features a sunny courtyard and a parking space. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom, and a shower room/WC. Kitchen equipment: oven, electric coffee maker, etc. Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (140 cm), sofa bed. Amenities: washing machine, TV, radio, etc. Leisure equipment: garden furniture, awning, etc. Living area: 32 m². Nearby: 20 m from the main beach, 150 m from the pedestrian street and all shops.
Bus station: 250 m, SNCF train station: 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal baths 15 minutes away. Payments due upon arrival: €500 security deposit, €70 cleaning fee, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
