Located in the Résidence Les Terrasses de Fort Boyard, this charming 42 m² apartment is ideally situated in Fouras with direct access to the South Beach (just 50 m away). Comfortable and in good condition, this bright one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for a seaside holiday with family or friends.
The apartment comprises a living room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm). The functional bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Heating is individual electric, and hot water is provided by an electric water heater.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals: refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, coffee maker (both traditional and pod), kettle, toaster, and complete set of dishes. You will also find a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi access, a radio, and various practical amenities (vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, smoke detector).
Enjoy a furnished terrace with outdoor furniture and a parasol for al fresco dining or relaxation. The residence offers a shared swimming pool secured by a barrier, as well as bicycle storage and on-site parking.

The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
