Fouras, 300m from the South Beach and 400m from the town center, in a quiet setting, a comfortable villa in excellent condition, furnished for 5 people, comprising on the ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen, living room, bedroom, shower room/WC;
upstairs: 2 bedrooms, dressing room, shower room/WC.
Enclosed garden with a rear terrace.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 x 140cm beds, 1 x 90cm bed.
Leisure facilities: TV, garden furniture, awning, barbecue, sun loungers...
Living area: 80 m²
To be paid upon arrival: €500 security deposit for the rental, €150 cleaning fee, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €150. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
