Upstairs: three bedrooms, a dressing room, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Enclosed courtyard. Sleeping arrangements: 4 queen-size beds. Leisure facilities: flat-screen TV, garden furniture, sun loungers, etc. Pets not allowed. No smoking inside the rental. NEARBY: Located 50 m from the town center and all shops, 300 m from the main beach and the North beach. Rochefort thermal spa is 15 minutes away. TO BE PAID upon arrival: €600 security deposit for the rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
