It includes a living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, shower room, WC, a mezzanine with sleeping space, and a terrace of approximately 17 m². Kitchen equipment: refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, electric coffee maker... Sleeping arrangements: 2 x 140 cm beds and 2 x 90 cm beds. Leisure facilities: terrace furniture, TV, Wi-Fi... Living area: 62 m². Swimming pool open from July to August. NEARBY: Opposite the South Beach, 200 m from the pedestrian street and all shops. Bus station: 250 m, bus stops G and J opposite, SNCF train station: 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal baths 15 m away. TO BE PAID upon arrival: security deposit of €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. Pets €30/pet + a €100 security deposit. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
