This charming property can accommodate up to 12 people and comprises two separate accommodations. The main stone house, warm and inviting, sleeps 10. It is located above a shop selling local produce, a true invitation to discover the flavors of the region. Just below, you'll find a selection of local and artisanal products from the property and neighboring producers. The house features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge and dining area perfect for socializing, a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), and a separate toilet. For sleeping, there is a double bedroom and two family bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds on a mezzanine. For added privacy, a separate, ground-floor annex for two people is also available on the property, ideal for a couple or guests seeking a quieter space. Just 25 minutes from Troyes and 10 minutes from Bar-sur-Seine, near the Champagne vineyards and in the heart of an organic farm, experience an authentic and immersive stay in a unique setting that blends nature, local produce, and traditional craftsmanship. Your stay will take place in a vibrant and fascinating environment: the farm houses a brewery, a malt house, and a craft distillery, all committed to organic practices. Depending on the season, you can observe the farm's activities, discover the inner workings of grain processing, or simply enjoy the unique atmosphere of a place where agriculture and craftsmanship meet. You will have the opportunity to attend tours and tastings of our beers (by reservation) or even participate in one of our pizza nights. The flour from our grains is milled on-site, as is the wood-fired bread that we sell at the farm twice a week.
