Located on the second floor of the residence (access to the flat: go down one floor), this flat for 6 people comprises a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps two), a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room, a first bedroom (less than 9m²) with a double bed, a second bedroom (approx. 9m²) with two single bunk beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet. This apartment has a balcony.

You will have access to an outdoor parking space and a private ski locker. The residence has an indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool will be open from 15 December to 15 April and from 15 June to 15 September, every day from 9:00 [hidden] to 7:30 [hidden]

This holiday rental is located at the foot of the Flumet slopes, which are part of the Espace Diamant ski area (accessible on foot and return by ski). It is about 5 km from Praz-sur-Arly and about 3 km from the village of Flumet.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and the price of the rental includes a cleaning service at the end of your stay.
