Apartment AVENIERES – Les Chalets des Evettes Residence – Building B

This one-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor and measuring approximately 30 m², is ideal for up to 4 guests. It features a southwest-facing balcony.
The residence enjoys a prime location with direct access to the Espace Diamant ski slopes and the ski school. It also offers a heated indoor swimming pool (seasonal).

The Résidence Les Chalets des Evettes, featuring a heated swimming pool, enjoys a prime location at the foot of the Espace Diamant ski slopes and in immediate proximity to the ski school. The center of the village of Flumet, located just 3 km away, offers all the amenities and activities typical of an Alpine village.

The residence provides access to an indoor swimming pool, free to use. Please note: these facilities are open only during the summer and winter seasons. Feel free to contact us for detailed opening hours.

Nestled in the heart of the French Alps, Flumet is an integral part of the Espace Diamant, an exceptional ski area with 192 km of slopes linking six village resorts: Flumet, Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, and Hauteluce. It is an ideal setting for skiers of all levels, offering a friendly and authentic atmosphere.

The Evettes area, at the foot of the Flumet slopes, is a strategic starting point for exploring the full extent of the ski domain and admiring its preserved landscapes.

In summer, you can enjoy numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes accessible directly from the residence. The Evettes chairlift, open two days a week, provides access to breathtaking panoramas of the Aravis mountain range. The Flumet lake and leisure base, located 3 km away, are perfect for activities with family or friends.
