Ground floor: open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, and pod coffee machine.
Living room with two sofas, 130cm TV, and Wi-Fi.

Bathroom with walk-in shower (80x150cm), double vanity, and separate WC.

Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom (not enclosed) with a 160x200cm double bed and a 90x190cm single bed; a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and two 90x190cm bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under six).

30m² tiled terrace, 120m² private garden with no overlooking neighbors, garden furniture, and barbecue. Two private parking spaces in front of the cottage (street side). Secure, enclosed parking is available in the owner's courtyard (upon request).

Reversible air conditioning and a pellet stove.
Electric heating with included charges, bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included. Saint Amand les Eaux, 13 km away: the Abbey, the thermal baths, the Pasino casino, the town center. The Scarpe-Escaut Regional Natural Park with the Abbey Tower Museum and the Raismes Forest.
