Located in the quiet Vigie district, 700m from the beach and 600m from the resort center, Résidence les Eaux Vives II comprises semi-detached houses and five small apartment buildings in a verdant setting.

This air-conditioned beach holiday rental includes a living room with a television (subject to good reception) and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet, and a mezzanine with two single beds.

The advantages of this holiday rental include a southeast-facing terrace with garden furniture, private parking, a secure swimming pool, and a paddling pool.
The swimming pool is open from the beginning of July to mid-September, weather permitting.
