A "zen" space with an infrared sauna and a relaxation lounge with herbal teas – In Fleurey-sur-Ouche, stroll along the riverbank and cycle along the Burgundy Canal. Just 15 minutes from Dijon, on the banks of the Burgundy Canal, with all amenities, this charming and unique house comprises: on the raised ground floor: a living room (with a sofa bed offering two additional sleeping spaces for an extra €15/night/person), TV, Bluetooth speaker, opening onto a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On the lower floor: a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. A "zen" space with an infrared sauna and a relaxation lounge with herbal teas. On the first floor: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). Reversible air conditioning. Small terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and parasol. Maximum two pets allowed. This cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (steep stairs).

The "Le 16, Sous Les Trémières" cottage is located less than 100 meters from the Burgundy Canal greenway. Simply cross the canal bridge in Fleurey-sur-Ouche and then walk up the Grande Rue du Bas to reach the cottage. Five bicycles are available upon request.

It is 10 km from the Dijon-Prenois race track. An ideal location for your personal and business trips, with the motorway exit in the village. Things to see in Dijon: the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and the Philippe le Bon Tower, the Owl Trail, museums, and the Cité de la Gastronomie (City of Gastronomy). The first vineyards of the Route des Grands Crus (Wine Route) are located in Chenôve. On the Ouche Valley and Auxois side, to see: the castle of Mâlain, the medieval villages of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, Flavigny sur Ozerain or Semur-en-Auxois, the MuséoParc Alésia, the castle of Bussy Rabutin, the Abbey of Fontenay, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
