Halfway between the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and Tours, settle into this charming, detached cottage, typical of the troglodytic heritage of southern Sarthe. This cozy family cottage is the ideal place for a peaceful stay, a relaxing break, or a nature getaway.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove (oven and hob), dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. There is also a dining room with a lounge area and a flat-screen TV. One bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). A bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

In the basement, the cellar has been transformed into a room carved into the rock, with a dining area, fireplace, bar, and lounge area.
Access to the upper floor is via a narrow staircase with Japanese-style steps; please take care if you have children or reduced mobility. A very low-ceilinged bedroom in the attic with one double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm). Access to a small bathroom with a sink and toilet is via a very low passageway.

Covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Close to Lake Marçon for fishing, sailing, and swimming. A cycle path (greenway) is nearby. Electric heating is charged extra based on consumption and payable on site to the owners.
