In the heart of the medieval town of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, listed as "One of the Most Beautiful Villages of France," Claire's House promises a wonderful holiday with family or friends. Exceptional location in the very center of Flavigny, a village renowned for its famous aniseed.

On the ground floor: a large living/dining room opening onto the kitchen, a second separate living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and board games, a separate toilet, and a double bedroom (one queen-size bed) with a private washbasin. A cot and changing table are also provided. There is no Wi-Fi, but 4G reception is good in the house.

Upstairs: one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a children's bedroom with one single bed and one double bed, and a bathroom with a toilet.

Pets are not allowed in the house.

Pleasant courtyard with enclosed garden and small vegetable patch, no overlooking neighbors. Garden furniture, barbecue. Parking. Ping-pong table. Garage suitable for cyclists and motorcyclists.
