The apartment accommodates six guests with one bedroom featuring a 160 cm double bed, a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed for two, and two foldable single bunk beds in the entrance (the top bunk is not suitable for children under six). Duvets and pillows are stored under the double bed.

The bathroom includes a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, microwave, two electric hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a drip coffee maker. A flat-screen TV and DVD player are available in the living room. Heating and hot water are provided by individual electric systems.
