It features a south-facing balcony with panoramic views of the ski area. The apartment includes a bedroom for up to four people (double sofa bed and two single bunk beds – top bunk not suitable for children under 6), and a living room with a double sofa bed.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, four electric hobs, a dishwasher, a fridge, and a filter coffee maker. The bathroom is separate from the toilet. Additional features include a flat-screen TV, electric heating, collective hot water, and a ski locker (No. 32, bridge level). This is a non-smoking property. Outdoor parking is available in the resort, and a free shuttle bus stops right outside the residence.
