Located just 300 metres from the ski slopes and 140 metres from the shops, this cosy studio offers a prime location with a free shuttle stop directly opposite the residence. Set on the 5th floor with lift access, it features 25 m² of space and a south-facing balcony with unobstructed views over the ski area.

The renovated living area includes a double sofa bed (140 cm), while the enclosed entrance houses a set of single bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for children under 6). The bathroom includes a bathtub and toilet.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave/grill combo oven, two vitroceramic hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker. For entertainment, a connected flat-screen TV is available. A washing machine is also provided.

A ski locker is located on the ground floor. The studio is fitted with individual electric heating and benefits from collective hot water. Outdoor parking is available within the resort. This is a non-smoking property, not accessible for people with reduced mobility, and pets are not allowed.

Additional services are available for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, and baby equipment. During the winter season, enjoy discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment rental. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April (excluding short stays). Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
