Welcome to Villa Alves by Atlantic Holiday, a comfortable two-storey villa located in the peaceful area of Faial, Madeira Island, offering a relaxing atmosphere and a lovely view over the Atlantic Ocean. The villa accommodates up to eight guests in four spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, creating the ideal setting for families, couples or groups of friends. It features two bathrooms with showers and an additional half bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for all.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, cutlery, plates, and everything necessary to prepare home-cooked [hidden] villa also features a game room, offering a space for entertainment and relaxing moments indoors. Outside, you can enjoy a swimming pool overlooking the sea and a private parking area for two cars.
Guests are provided with bed linen and bath towels, a washing machine, hairdryer, and a smart TV with box. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available on request. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning, allowing flexibility for arrivals.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
Heated Pool:
Our villa provides the option to heat the pool for your convenience. Please note that this service is available for an additional cost and can be arranged upon request.
During summer, the normal pool temperature is around 17/18°C, reaching up to 26/27°C. In winter, the temperature typically ranges from 14/15°C, reaching up to 23/24°C.
Villa Alves is a welcoming place to enjoy Madeira’s calm landscapes, sea views and mild climate in a comfortable home atmosphere.
