Description of the accommodation

Beautiful traditional semi-detached house with another gîte for 4 people with a private enclosed courtyard of 15m2 and public parking 5 m away. You will enter through a raised ground floor, starting with the kitchen (with microwave, oven, ceramic hob). After 2 steps, you will have the pleasure of taking your meals in the veranda which has a dining area. Then, via 4 steps, you will access the large living room equipped with a TV, Wifi, fireplace, billiards and table football. Shower room with shower cubicle and separate WC. 3 steps provide access to the 2 bedrooms with 1 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm modular beds.
A 1 hectare garden is shared with the other gîte. In the courtyard located in front of the cottage, you will have private garden furniture with barbecue.
Laundry room shared by the 2 gîtes with private washing machine and shared tumble dryer. Cleaning, sheets and towels included, wood and animal supplement.
On request, baby travel cot, high chair, bathtub. There are many activities near the gîte: visiting farms, cycling, hiking or cycling (proximity to the PNR Périgord-Limousin), discovery of Brantôme "the little Venice of Périgord" or Saint-Jean de Côle (classified "Most beautiful village in France"), canoe trip, trail of cabins in Savignac les churches, concretion caves of Villars and Tourtoirac... The gîte is located just 30 minutes from Périgueux, the city of Art and History, where you can discover impressive Gallo-Roman remains and stroll through the alleys of the old town or take a trip to the farmers' market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
Among the different dishes that Périgord offers, the truffle will no longer hold any secrets for you, thanks to a visit to the Truffle ecomuseum in Sorges.
Shared above-ground Zodiac 8X4 M outdoor swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15, secured by a ladder, pétanque court and ping pong table.
