Close to Saint Sever, Eugénie les Bains and Mont de Marsan, you are in Eyres Moncube, village of Chalosse. Leave for a week, a weekend, to discover this warm and welcoming region, through its small villages. Here in the countryside, you can practice outdoor activities and taste our local gastronomy with complete indulgence! You can go to the beach just 45 minutes away, and discover the Pyrenees and the Basque Coast in 1 hour by car. Stay at the Larmirail gîte, an independent holiday home where you can enjoy the private, unenclosed outdoor space, with terrace and garden furniture, but also its courtyard and garden. Located entirely on the ground floor, this rental offers: - a modernly furnished living room, - a fully fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, combined fridge. - The living room side is very cozy, colorful and warm with its TV corner and wifi. - As for the sleeping area, it offers 3 very comfortable bedrooms with large beds, 2 160x200 beds and 2 90x200 beds. - The sanitary facilities offer a bathroom with shower, sink and for your comfort the toilets are separate. One of the outbuildings houses a washing machine and dryer, another a barbecue. For your comfort, household linen (dish towels) is provided and the house provides you with an open covered shelter with the possibility of sheltering 2 vehicles. Heating package from October to the end of April at an additional cost. Treat yourself to a break in Chalosse!

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
