1st floor: 2 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds and the other with 1 double bed). 1 baby bed, high chair, bathtub, changing mat. Shower room with toilet. Electric heating and fireplace. Wi-Fi.
Small enclosed garden of 150 m². Pets not allowed. Parking spaces outside the cottage. Lockable barn for bicycle storage.
The cottage can be rented for 5 or 7 people thanks to an annex adjoining the cottage, with a double bed and shower room with toilet.
Please note: if you are fewer than 6 people, the rate for the cottage for 5 people will apply without the additional annex. If you would like to book the cottage with the annex and there are fewer than 6 people, please contact the reservations department or the owner.
This cottage is located 6 km from the fortified town of Avallon (all shops and services) and 20 km from Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with the Basilica of Sainte Marie-Madeleine. Close to the Morvan Regional Park and lakes. Treetop adventures, rafting, canoeing, kayaking, and karting are available in the region (between 6 and 20 km).
