Gite Essey, 4 bedrooms, 8 persons - FR-1-819-558

A room dedicated to reading and board games, ideal for families with children. In the charming village of Essey, in the heart of the Auxois region, a hilly area renowned for its gastronomic delights, architecture, and landscapes, you will stay in a semi-detached house for 8 people.

On the ground floor, there is an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room where exposed beams and Burgundy stone are a highlight. There is also an office, ideal for working from home, a shower room with a washing machine, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, a large landing leads to two bedrooms with double beds (160x200cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), and one bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 90x190cm). There is also a shower room with a toilet.

An outdoor area, located at the rear of the house, is reserved exclusively for guests and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Separate from the main house and accessible from the outside, this unfenced area is bordered by a quiet, little-used path.

Pets allowed: €10 per stay (they must not be left alone in the house).

All-inclusive cottage: beds made upon arrival, towels (1 bath towel per person), end-of-stay cleaning, heating and electricity (subject to reasonable consumption).

The archaeological and historical heritage, particularly medieval, is especially remarkable in this region.
