ESPELETTE, C608: 4-BEDROOM HOUSE (5 adults + 2 children): In the heart of an authentic Basque village, single-story house. Spacious living/dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed and 2 children's beds, 1 bathroom and toilet, 1 veranda. Terrace with garden furniture. At the foot of the mountains, 30 minutes from the ocean, all shops nearby.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
