Ideally located between Dijon, Dole, and Beaune, this beautiful, single-story house, dating from 1750, has been fully renovated while retaining its original charm: French-style ceilings, marble fireplaces, parquet floors, period woodwork, and window and door frames. It features a dining room with an integrated kitchen and fireplace insert, a large living room, and two spacious 21 m² bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the option of adding an extra bed (at an additional cost). There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. The cottage is attached to the owners' house on a lovely enclosed 3800 m² property with a shared courtyard and garden. Bicycle storage is available. Guests have access to a shared, heated 4x9m swimming pool (open from June to September) secured by a lockable gate and a cover.

Heating, electricity, bed linen, final cleaning, and towels (excluding pool towels) are included. Baby equipment is available (2 cribs and 2 high chairs).

Seurre: the Hôtel-Dieu (hospital), a historical walking tour of the town, and Lake Chour with a beach and water sports. The Cîteaux Abbey, the birthplace of the Cistercians, is also locally renowned for its cheese made by the monks. 30 minutes from the famous Burgundy vineyards of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Beaune (and its Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Meursault... Less than 45 minutes from Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, a city of art and history and a center of gastronomy. The Jura mountains are just a few kilometers away.
