This house of about 80 m2 has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, a living room with a sofa (which is a double sofa bed) and TV, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.
Outside it has a garden, terrace, barbecue and outdoor furniture.
It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer and outdoor parking within the property.
Located in Caeiros, close to local shops, barbecue, restaurant and pastry shop. Larger supermarkets are 4 km away, the centre of Ericeira and the beach are 5 km away and the centre of Mafra is 6 km away.

We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.
