Located nearby, Lake Éguzon, one of the largest lakes in the Centre-Val de Loire region, offers a wide range of water sports, swimming, and outdoor activities. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the trails along the Creuse River and the panoramic views of the Crozant site, which inspired many Impressionist painters.

The area also charms visitors with its characterful villages, local markets, and preserved natural heritage, ideal for a rejuvenating stay amidst water, nature, and the gentle Berry countryside. This detached house with enclosed grounds is perfect for a stay with family or friends. The entrance, accessed via a few steps, leads to a comfortable living room equipped with a television, a sofa bed (sleeps 2), and a dining area.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals.

The accommodation includes two bedrooms:

One with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a cot;
-the other with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90 cm).

Two bathrooms: the first, off the living room, with a walk-in shower, toilet, and changing table; the second with a standard shower. The layout allows for almost private access to a bathroom from each bedroom.


Outside, you can park several vehicles; you will also enjoy garden furniture and sun loungers. The property is fully enclosed and private.
