Located on the riverbank, this peaceful house adjoins a 13th-century mill. It is situated just outside the village, 20 minutes from Dijon. Ground floor: large kitchen opening onto a terrace, 40m² dining room, living room with television. Free indoor Wi-Fi access (5MB) via a secure gate. Separate WC. Shower room. Access to the first floor is via a gentle, narrow staircase. First floor: bathroom (bathtub, shower) with WC, bedroom 1: 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, bedroom 2: 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, bedroom 3: 1 double bed, bedroom 4: 4 single beds. Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (no bedrooms on the ground floor). Large terrace and enclosed 800m² garden, along the millrace, with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, and swing set. Large parking area.

Baby cot and high chair available upon request.

You can visit Bèze (cave) and Villecomte with its resurgence, Dijon, or follow the wine route 25 km away towards Beaune.

Heating and electricity included. Additional charges and supplements: Sheets: €8 for a single bed and €16 for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €60. Towels: €5 per person for the stay.

The reception is at the gîte 1 rue du Moulin in Echevannes. Coming from Dijon, take the direction of LANGRES-CHAUMONT on the RN74. At the exit of Til-Châtel, turn left towards ECHEVANNES D120. Go 700 m, the gîte is on the left at the end of a 60m path before the village. When arriving, do not enter the courtyard but go around the building on the right, the gîte is at the end along the river.
