In a small, quiet village, this pretty, detached house has been tastefully renovated. Ground floor: entrance hall, living room with smart TV, bathroom with walk-in shower, and bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. Upstairs: bedroom opening onto a landing with a 140x190 cm bed, connecting to a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a private bathroom, and separate toilet. A crib, high chair, and potty chair are available upon request. Lower level: dining room with pellet stove (first bag free, after that €6/bag) and fully equipped kitchen. Separate toilet. Direct access to the terrace and garden, offering beautiful unobstructed views of the countryside. Public parking is available in front of the cottage.

Numerous leisure activities and tourist attractions are nearby: hiking, the Burgundy Canal cycle route, Chailly golf course, and Prenois racetrack. All shops are located in Sombernon, 4 km away. 30 minutes from Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and City of Gastronomy. Beaune, capital of Burgundy wines, Alésia Museum Park and the Morvan Regional Park. Boat cruises in Pouilly-en-Auxois. The castles of Commarin and Châteauneuf-en-Auxois. The Panthier and Grosbois reservoirs with seasonal beaches.
