This cottage is composed of a living room with fireplace, flat screen, an open equipped kitchen, a laundry room (washing machine/dryer), a WC. Upstairs: two personalized and tastefully decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed (160X200) which can be transformed into 2 beds of 80X200, the other with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom (shower + double sink), a WC, a relaxation area on the mezzanine with armchairs. The dance room: the ideal place to meet up, you will enjoy a lawned area, a pleasant terrace with everything you need for your barbecues. The beds will be made, household linen, towels will be provided, end-of-stay cleaning will be offered (under conditions), charges will be included. Depending on availability, an additional night (over 5) will be offered to you at the end of your stay (to be checked with the owner before your arrival). Monthly rate: €1,450. Bikers are also welcome. Your pets are allowed! In the heart of the Pays d'Othe region, 30 km from Troyes and the factory outlets. Jacques and his wife welcome you to "La salle de danse," a former village dance hall renovated into a gîte. The exposed stone and beams have preserved the charm and soul of this characterful house. The gîte is fully air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning). Remote working is possible (fiber optic internet, very high-speed), and a work surface is available upon request instead of a single bed.
Poultry and eggs are available for sale at the "Ferme du Courbier" (Courbier Farm), 100 meters away.
