The cottage features a spacious and bright open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and television on the ground floor. Upstairs, there's a mezzanine play and relaxation area (library corner, board games, and toys), and a lounge with a sofa bed and smart TV (with Prime access, accommodating a fifth person for an additional fee). The sleeping area comprises a master suite with a king-size bed (180x200cm) that can be separated into two single beds, an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet), and free access to the sauna. There's also a double bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) that can be separated into two single beds, a shower room, and a toilet. Outside, you'll find garden furniture, sun loungers, an electric barbecue, parking, and a tea and coffee station in a small wooden cabin where you can enjoy a coffee or an aperitif. A six-person jacuzzi is available year-round, with free access from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The enclosed outdoor areas feature a trampoline, a play structure, a playhouse, and slides (under parental supervision). Located in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, near the lakes, 10 minutes from factory outlets, 20 minutes from Troyes city center, and 10 minutes from the A5/A26 motorway, the "Le Coteau de l'Orme" gîte welcomes you for your leisure or business trips. You will appreciate the hiking and nature walks in the forest and around the lakes in every season. Ideally situated in a peaceful setting, this annex, adjoining the owners' house, has been renovated while preserving its original charm (exposed stone and beams). To ensure everyone's privacy, you will have independent access and a private wooden terrace. To make your stay more comfortable, heating, electricity, and beds made upon arrival are included in the price. Supplement of €15/day for a 5th person (adult/child/infant).
