Passionate farmers, it is in Chalosse, facing the Pyrenees, that we have the pleasure of welcoming you to the Jouandéou gîte in the heart of a family farm that has been going on for 5 generations.
Ideal place for a calm and authentic stay, you can also discover the region where traditions, gastronomy and local festivals are rich. The beaches are 1 hour away, but you will benefit from the on-site swimming pool service.
The house has been completely renovated and refurnished, the old furniture has been restored to find its place in a world of intense and warm colors. - The ground floor accommodates a large fitted kitchen which opens onto a spacious double living room. - A dining room adjoining the kitchen can accommodate 10 guests for lovely meals with family or friends. - A large double-height entrance hall and its old staircase giving access to the first floor, also serves on the ground floor a separate toilet with washbasin, a large laundry room and a spacious bedroom (bed 160) and its bathroom private water with WC. - A generous upstairs landing leads to 4 beautiful bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 1 180 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom with toilet and a shower room with WC. The house offers a comfortable heat pump system with cast iron radiators on the ground floor and a reversible air conditioning system upstairs. A pleasure garden rich in multiple varieties of flowers surrounds the house and a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a plancha, and accessible from the living room, extends to the south. You can visit the farm, discover the production of the cannery and be welcomed at the shop area located near the gîte. You can also enjoy the swimming pool, between June and September, located near the owner's house, below the farm.
