This 100m² cottage, adjoining the owners' house, is spread over two levels. The ground floor comprises a living area with an open-plan kitchen and dining room, and a relaxation area in front of the wood-burning stove. A separate WC with a washbasin is also located on this level. Upstairs, the sleeping quarters consist of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and bunk beds) and a mezzanine with a relaxation area, television, and two single beds (one with a 120cm bed and the other with a 90cm bed). The bathroom has a small bathtub and a shower/WC. Nestled in the Pilat mountain range, a stunning area with diverse landscapes and activities, this cottage offers complete tranquility with a splendid view of pastures, forests, and valleys. Its prime location allows for a stay with a variety of activities: sports (hiking, mountain biking, climbing, etc.), cultural exploration of this region steeped in history and heritage, or simply a relaxing stay in this peaceful retreat, ideal for rest and reconnecting with nature. To ensure your comfort, utilities and heating are included, and beds are made upon your arrival. An electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.
