Description of the accommodation

The Condrine house is located on a farm (corn) in the countryside, near Hagetmau, a small town in the inland Landes offering all amenities and leisure activities, with its Cité Verte, an international sports training center with its indoor Olympic swimming pool. Perfect place for a relaxing break or to explore a region rich in discoveries, traditions, gastronomy and local festivals. On site, a pond for pleasant moments of walks or picnics. Inside, a completely revamped house spread over 3 levels, where the old and the modern make a good mix to offer you all the comfort necessary for a stay with family and friends. On the ground floor: - fitted independent kitchen, - a spacious living room, - 1 bedroom with 2 beds in 90 with private bathroom with toilet. - A pantry serving as a laundry room
- 1 toilet. The 1st floor serves: - 3 bedrooms with dressing room (3 140 cm beds and 2 90 cm beds)
- as well as a spacious bathroom, - separate WC. Finally, the top floor houses: - 3 bedrooms (4 90cm beds and 1 140cm bed) - with a bathroom with toilet. The house offers electric heating and the convenience of air conditioning in the day room and on each landing, as well as an insert in the living room. The exteriors offer a covered terrace with plancha garden furniture.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
