Upstairs, there are two twin bedrooms, each with two 90x190cm beds (two of which can be joined to form a double); two double bedrooms, one with a child's bed (70x160cm) suitable for children up to 12 years old; a shower room (shower, sink, and toilet); and a linen room. Book lovers and board game enthusiasts will be delighted by the variety of games available. Outside, you'll find two terraces (one with garden furniture and one with armchairs), a barbecue, parasol, sun loungers, children's chairs, a swing, trampoline, basketball hoop, five adult bicycles (one with a child seat), and a trailer for transporting children. Located 40 minutes from Troyes, at the foot of Lake Amance, with its harbor, beach, and water sports, this detached house on enclosed grounds is situated in the heart of Dienville, where you'll find a bakery, a grocery store, a bar/tobacconist, and restaurants. The cottage is fully equipped for babies: two travel cots, a high chair, a convertible high chair, a baby bouncer, crockery, a changing table with a bathtub, a playpen, etc. Beds are made upon arrival, towels and linens are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
