Gîte (holiday cottage) located on the ground floor of a detached period house, on a 2,500 m² property. Kitchen. Living room with lounge and dining area. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm). Beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.

Private courtyard in front of the gîte and shared enclosed grounds available. Parking. The property is rented on the upper floor of the house year-round.

All shops are nearby in Is-sur-Tille, a small, peaceful, and touristy town, whose charm lies in the natural presence of water. Rich in history, the town is also famous for its Burgundy truffles and its crossword puzzle festival. Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, is 20 km away: an important city of art and history, and a future city of gastronomy. Nearby leisure activities include hiking, treetop adventure courses, paintball, motocross, and the Bèze caves.
