CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP AS OF JULY 2025. 2.5 hours from Paris, we welcome you to a renovated farmhouse located in a small village overlooking the Loire.

5 spacious and personalized rooms with a farm theme: 1 family room on the ground floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility) and 4 bedrooms upstairs, including 2 with a double bed, 1 with two twin beds, and 1 with a double bed and a single bed. All rooms have a bathroom and separate toilet.

Opportunities for walking or cycling, fishing in the Loire, and exploring the region: Decize 7 km, La Machine 10 km, Bourbon Lancy 25 km, and Nevers and Moulins 40 km. Nevers-Magny-Cours Circuit 30 km. We are located on the Euro 6 route, the Burgundy cycle tour, and the Nivernais Canal. The PAL (amusement park and zoo) is 40 km away. A restaurant is located in the village, 300 meters from the accommodation.

The owners offer on-site services and activities during your stay: ([hidden], fishing, picnic baskets for cyclists, mushroom picking, canoeing, etc.) Please contact them for more information. Guest meals are available upon reservation 48 hours in advance. Rooms are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Two bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm bed in one and three 90x190 cm beds in the other. A shower room with a separate toilet is available.
