Well-maintained house in a residential area, with a fenced plot of 600 m2 with its own swimming pool of 8x4m with Roman steps with a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum depth of 1.3m with an outdoor shower. The garden is well-maintained with oleanders and citrus trees. There is covered parking on the plot for one vehicle. Next to the pool is a barbecue area to enjoy at any time.
The property has a glazed and furnished terrace with access to the pool through which you enter the interior of the house where you find the living-dining room with air conditioning, TV/SAT, wifi and fireplace. The American kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, water kettle, dishwasher and microwave.
Walking down the corridor we find the three bedrooms, one double with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom with a double bed that has an en-suite bathroom. All three rooms have air conditioning.
