Very nice apartment in a privileged location, next to the yacht club, the beach and the city.

Central heating and central air conditioning.
The yacht club is located 200m away, the beach just 500m, city 900m, supermarkets 700m and restaurants less than 1km.
The heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
