This impressive villa of 250 m², is located in a very quiet area just 1km from the sandy beach of Las Marinas.
It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
Upon entering the plot, we discover the imposing garden composed of spacious lawn areas, palm trees and a large swimming pool. Next to it we can find a fully furnished barbecue area, as well as an outdoor bathroom for greater comfort.

The accommodation has a large garage, wifi, central heating, fireplace, air conditioning in the living room and in two of the bedrooms.
On the ground floor are the living room/dining room, very large and with direct access to the swimming pool, located next to the large kitchen, equipped with everything necessary.
Vitroceramic, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker and toaster.
On this same level we find a bathroom with shower, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds of 90cm.

On the upper floor is the main en-suite bedroom and dressing room, as well as a lovely terrace from which to enjoy beautiful views (it also has a TV).
