This luxury villa has 3 bedrooms and its capacity is for 4 adults and 1 child.
The accommodation offers impressive views.
It has a beautiful garden full of plants, trees, palm trees, and grass, which is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The barbecue is located next to the pool. The house has outdoor furniture and loungers for guests. In the garden, we can find a lovely sauna, only available during winter months and upon request (inquire about possible costs that its use may entail).
Upon entering the home, we find the large living room/dining room/kitchen. The house has central heating, air conditioning in two of the bedrooms, wifi, mosquito nets in the rooms, and a TV. This area leads to a large terrace from which you can enjoy the best views offered by the villa.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, and water kettle.
The first room consists of a double bed, mosquito net, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace. Next to it is a bathroom with a shower.
The second room also has a double bed, mosquito net, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace. Opposite it is a bathroom with a bathtub.
Right next to it is the small room, which is only available for a child, since instead of a bed it has a sofa bed.
In the front area, the private parking is available for one car.
