In one of the most beautiful areas of Denia, this villa is located with views of the sea and the mountain, just 7.5km from the beach.
The house is situated in a residential area, quiet and far from all the hustle and bustle found in summer. The plot is 880 m² and 140 m² habitable.
The various terraces of the house provide both sun and shade areas. The large 11mx4m swimming pool is located just in front of the main terrace where fantastic dinners can be enjoyed with wonderful views.
Once inside the house, we find a spacious living room with an impressive height of almost 5 metres to the ceiling. The open kitchen is separated by a small step that creates a distinct atmosphere. The kitchen has all the facilities to do a good job in the kitchen. We find an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster...
The house has two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning. The main bedroom with a 1.50m bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The second double bedroom has the bathroom with shower just in front of the room. Both rooms have large wardrobes.
The villa has a washing machine.

The city centre is 5km from the house.
According to municipal ordinance, barbecues with fire cannot be used from 1 June to 15 October.
